I mentioned I was a little scattered regarding prioritizing, and that I was currently trying to focus on learning new software (Poser), and researching Motion Tracking Software.  Andy remarked that this (Motion Tracking) was potentially a huge part of my project and suggested I devote more time to this research / learning – which I agreed was a good idea.
