Show build
July 5, 2010Well, after 5 hours of travelling, I made it down to London to the College to help with the build. The expected technical issues arose- cables, equipment, etc. I also helped set up work for a few online colleagues who couldn’t make it. It was wonderful to finally meet Andy and the other students - especially the onliners – with whom I have build a rapport and friendship with over the last two years.
It’s been a crazy exahusting week, with little sleep or regard for health. But it will hopefully be worth it. I am happy with my work for the time being. The perfectionist in me knows that I could do so much more in time, but for now, it is enough.
I still have a couple of tweaks to make to the site, but will post it here tomorrow.
I am sure the show will be a success – it is amazing to see how everyone’s work has developed, and there is a good sense of ‘pulling together’ form the team as a whole.
